Sunrise Counseling is a small outpatient clinical mental health provider located in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Established with the experience of both client and provider in mind, Sunrise is a space where you'll be accepted.
Our Story
Sunrise Counseling was formed in 2023 to address the unfortunate divide between quality of care and provider experience. Broad provision of care, while crucial and well-intentioned, too often comes at the cost of therapists' wellbeing. At Sunrise, we strive to strike the balance.
